The exercises are created to use your own body weight for resistance so you do not require any additional equipment such as weights or dumbbells.
Firstly, you have to follow the exercise program each day. It isn’t easy and at times you will want to quit but if you want to see the results that others have enjoyed then you have to give it all you have.
In order to see the results that they advertise you need to either follow their diet plan or stick to your own healthy diet plan based on similar principals.
No. This program is not for everyone. It is very challenging and some people will not be able to push themselves to complete it. You have to be very motivated to push your body beyond its limits and complete the program. It will get easier but it won’t be easy. This will probably be the most difficult workout you will ever do. As Shawn T says, you will need to “dig deep”!
